1. It is possible. 2. Method 1: It is recommended that you share the account and password that added the camera to your family and friends and log in so that they can monitor it. 3. Method 2: You can use the home-sharing function, but you may not be able to see the monitoring screen if you cross the country/region.
3Q3: Can I use SwitchBot Camera devices without a Wi-Fi?
No. Currently, all SwitchBot camera series products are Wi-Fi communication devices, so they cannot work properly unless connected to Wi-Fi.
4Q4: Does the Pan/Tilt Cam support SD Card？
Yes, SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam supports a micro SD card with a maximum storage capacity of 128G. If you'd like, you can choose to subscribe to the cloud storage services.
5Q5: Can I access the Pan/Tilt Cam on a 5G support cellphone？
It does not matter what kind of network our cellphone is using while accessing the SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam. As long as the Pan/Tilt Cam is well connected to a 2.4GHz network would be good to go. If we are to connect the Pan/Tilt Cam to a personal hotspot, please make sure the Personal Hotspot is a 2.4GHz network. For iPhone 12 or newer models, kindly enabled the Maximum Compatibility to switch the network to a 2.4 GHz one.
